You could make a freewebs. http://www.freewebs.com/ Making the free site is kinda limited, but it is free. We used it before this. If you want to start paying for better stuff, use the host I use, 1 and 1! http://www.1and1.com/ They are great and really cheap.

No, the forums are hosted by http://www.freeforums.org/. The site, presstartpro.com is hosted by http://1and1.com/. The two websites are completely different other than the fact that they look alike. So, by linking the site and forums, it looks almost like a single website.

No, its not embeded. The websites are only connected by links. In HTML it would be:

If you notice, the URL changes when you go to the forums from the website ( http://www.presstartpro.com to http://presstart.freeforums.org )
